Whether you’re starting a new journey, reached a plateau, or need accountability, our 1x1 coaching sessions are designed to get you one step closer to the finish line.

  • A personal trainer is someone who structures your workouts and trains you during individual sessions.

    A fitness coach takes a more holistic approach. Helping to outline goals and milestones, addressing mentality shifts, discussing roadblocks or challenges, suggesting resources, keeping you accountable, or even referring you to a specialist are just some of the ways a coach can help you achieve your goals.

    If a personal trainer is like calling an Uber to take you to a destination, a personal coach is like having a GPS help you navigate to the destination.

  • During this 30-minute virtual session, we will review your application and discuss your goals, needs, and where you currently are on your fitness journey. We then present you with suggestions on how to get there, such as weekly coaching sessions, resources, specific plans, workshops, etc.

  • Yes. If we feel you'd benefit from our personal training, we will present that as an option. However, we also offer custom plans and additional resources that may align better with your goals. Once we have an idea of your needs we can suggest the best options.
